This product is specially designed for a larger capacity, thus enhancing your memory capacity to up most 4GB. The DDR2 memory chips, used in this design, are enhanced to 1Gb and packed in Fine-Pitch Ball Grid Array (FBGA) chip packages for improved electrical and heat dissipation characteristics.
